
Anton Klischewski is the founder and project manager at PRESFUL. He holds a M.Sc. in Administration and Management of Professional Sports Clubs from the University of Bordeaux and a B.A. in Sports Management from the University of Potsdam and is currently working as a Marketing & Sponsoring Trainee at Special Olympics Germany within the federal office in Berlin.
He has expertise in sales, marketing, project management, scientific research, grant writing and event management through his prior work experience at the European Football for Development Network, AIM Sport, Stickerstars, Speed4, and through several years of community service involvement in his hometown football club.

Margherita Pisoni is a research associate at PRESFUL. After her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Margherita decided to pursue her academic career with a Master in Globalisation and Development studies at Maastricht University. She is currently working as fundraising assistant at Legs4Africa, a Bristol based charity working to support amputess in sub-Saharan countries.
She has expertise in project management, scientific research, fundraising and communication. Her work and volunteering experiences, both in Italy and abroad, provided her with the possibility to deepen her knowledge on human rights and integration issues, specifically among people with disabilites and migrants.

Juliane Rausch is a research associate at PRESFUL. She holds a Law Degree from Humboldt University of Berlin with a focus on human rights, constitutional, administrative and environmental law. She is currently working as scientific associate at the University of Freiburg where she is also pursuing her PhD.
She has expertise in International and European law, legal history and philosophy. In addition, thanks to her working experiences she gained knowledge on discrimination issues and environmental challenges within the European Union.
